PSC’s axle nuts are produced as a four component system, shipped together as a single unit which includes the thrust washer, spring, lock ring and nut. When installed, the interlocking internal key prevents rotation, and the outward pressure from the spring on the lock ring engages the matching set of teeth on the lock ring and nut to keep everything securely in place.

The only way to rotate the nut is to disengage the lock ring with the proper spanner wrench. Different configurations are also available, making it easy to provide a match for your specific needs, industry and application.

While our custom axle nuts are securely self-locked, they are also still easily removed for servicing. It’s the best combination of secure protection and ease of use, achieved with the utmost attention to detail for quality. In addition, our axle nuts include a high number of teeth on the lock ring and nut, offering maximum control and adjustment capabilities for precise placement and any specification.
